Delivery and Returns

We are shipping as normal but please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed at the moment, and international orders are also taking longer than normal.

Dispatch Times


Orders are generally dispatched the next working day, in some cases, we may dispatch on the same day. We ship by Royal Mail. For non-UK orders, the parcel may be given to the local delivery agent.  All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.


If there is a problem with stock, we will try and contact you by phone or email. We try not to send alternatives unless authorised.  If we are unable to contact you, we may part ship your order.  Please let us know if you prefer to wait or refund the remaining items.



Delivery Times



UK

All orders over £30 and orders including ants must use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed -   Normally 1-2 working days.  Usually delivered Mon-Sat. Requires a signature.

Royal Mail 1st Class -   Normally 1-2 working days.  Usually delivered Mon-Sat.

Royal Mail 2nd Class -   Normally 2-3 working days.  Usually delivered Mon-Sat.



Outside the UK


We always ship orders with Royal Mail International Tracked.

Royal Mail International Tracked -   Normally delivered between 3 and 20 working days. 

Shipping to the USA Update : As of 1st July 2020 Royal Mail increased prices of small parcels being sent to the country. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We don't make any money on shipping, we simply pass the cost on to you. 


Returns

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please email info@hightechants.co.uk

  • Only applies to personal customers. Does not apply to business customers
  • All returns must be authorised and use the full returns address provided
  • Carriage costs for returning the Goods is the customer's responsibility
  • The Goods remain the customers responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
  • All goods must be returned within 30 days the RMA date of issue
  • Items must be unused. They may be opened to check if they suit, but must be unused
  • All original packaging must be included
  • The item must be returned in a suitable condition whereby it can be resold
